Design your own hat online: add a logo or text, place it, and see the price live. $27 per cap for 12–23 caps, $21 for 24–47, $18 for 48–119, $15 for 120–479, and $12 for 480 or more, minimum 12 per color. Front embroidery and delivery to the U.S. mainland are included, and you approve sample photos first.

Logo, text, or both

Upload a logo or type your own words, then drag, resize, and place them on the cap. The preview shows how the embroidery sits on each side.

Pick one color or mix several. Colors of the same design add together into one quantity tier.

The price, while you design

The designer shows the per-cap price and the subtotal for your quantity and embroidery locations before you check out.

Ask us to lay out your logo and we send the design back to you, or email the design to yourself and finish it later.

A real stitched sample

After you pay, we stitch your design on a real cap and send photos. The full order is made only after you approve them.

Pick your cap colors

Start from a soft, unstructured six-panel cotton cap with a curved brim and an adjustable strap, and choose one color or several.

Add your logo or text

Upload a logo or type text, and place it on the front, side, or back. A design can use up to three locations.

Enter at least 12 caps per color and see the price update live.

Approve the sample photos

We stitch a sample and send photos in 3–5 business days. Your caps ship 10–15 business days after you approve, not counting transit.

How do I design my own hat?

Open the hat designer, pick your cap colors, then upload a logo or type text and place it on the front, side, or back. The price updates as you design, and you can check out when it looks right.

How much does it cost to make your own hat?

Do I need design software or an embroidery file?

No. Everything happens in the browser. Upload your logo as an image and we prepare the embroidery file for you.

Can I make just one hat?

No. Orders start at 12 caps per color, and you can mix colors in one design.

How long does it take to get my hats?

After you pay, we stitch one sample. Sample photos in 3–5 business days. Your caps ship 10–15 business days after you approve your sample, not counting transit.

Can someone help me with the design?

Yes. Ask us to lay out your logo from the designer and we send a layout back to you. You can also message us from any page.
