What shipping costs

Shipping to the U.S. mainland and Canada is included in the price, together with import duties for both. The price you see at checkout already covers the cap, the front embroidery, the shipping, and the duties.

When your order ships

1. You pay. Your order enters sampling.
2. We make your sample. Each sampling round takes 3–5 business days. You approve it before production begins.
3. We produce the run. Production takes 10–15 business days after your approval.
4. We ship. Transit time after dispatch depends on your address and carrier.

Lead times above cover sampling and production only. Shipping time is not included, because it varies by destination.
