What is the minimum order?
The minimum is 12 caps per color. Volume pricing counts every cap in your order, so colors and designs ordered together add up toward a lower price tier.
Can I mix colors in one order?
Yes. Every color in your order counts together toward the price tier, and so does a second design ordered at the same time.
What does the price include?
Front embroidery and free shipping to the continental US are included. Each additional side or back placement is $4 per cap, up to three placements total.
Do I see a sample before production?
Yes. After you pay, we stitch a sample and email you photos. Production starts once you approve them. The sample is included in your order price, and each round takes 3–5 business days.
How long does an order take?
Each sampling round takes 3–5 business days. Once you approve, your caps ship 10–15 business days later. Transit time is separate.
How large can the embroidery be?
Embroidery size guide (W × H):
Front: approx. 4.6 × 2.4 in
Side: approx. 3.1 × 1.5 in
Back: approx. 3.9 × 1.6 in
Final size and placement are confirmed with your sample. Bigger or off-center artwork is fine; we check the size with you on the sample photos before production.
How do I reorder?
You can order a design you have already approved directly. Changing the thread color, the logo size or placement, or the artwork counts as a new design and needs a new sample.
What cap do you embroider?
The Draft Cap: 100% cotton twill, unstructured six-panel with a curved brim and an adjustable cloth strap with a metal buckle. It fits a head circumference of 56–60 cm, about 22.0–23.6 inches, and comes in 21 colors.
