What shipping costs
Shipping to the continental US is free. The price you see at checkout already covers the cap, the front embroidery, and the shipping.
When your order ships
- You pay. Your order enters sampling.
- We make your sample. Each sampling round takes 3–5 business days. You approve it before production begins.
- We produce the run. Your caps ship 10–15 business days after you approve the sample.
- We ship. Transit time after dispatch depends on your address and carrier.
Lead times above cover sampling and production only. Shipping time is not included, because it varies by destination.
