What makes a cap a dad hat?

A dad hat has a soft, unstructured crown that sits low on the head, a curved brim, and an adjustable back. It relaxes into shape instead of standing up like a structured cap.

Can I embroider text instead of a logo?

Yes. Type your words in the design studio and choose where they go.

How many dad hats do I need to order?

12 caps per color. You can type any whole number from 12 upward, and mix colors in one design.

Is front embroidery included?

Yes. One front logo, approx. 4.6 × 2.4 in, is part of the per-cap price. Side and back embroidery are extra locations.

How long does an order take?

Each sample round takes 3–5 business days. After you approve, production takes 10–15 business days, not counting shipping.
