How Much Do Custom Hats Cost?
Every cap is priced per design, per color, and the price steps down as the quantity goes up. Front embroidery and delivery to the U.S. mainland are already in the price.

Front embroidery is included
One front logo, approx. 4.6 × 2.4 in, is part of the per-cap price. Side and back embroidery are extra locations and are charged per cap, as shown in the price table.
Side and back embroidery
Side embroidery is approx. 3.1 × 1.5 in and back embroidery approx. 3.9 × 1.6 in. A design can carry up to three locations in total, and each extra location beyond the front adds the per-cap amount in the table.
One price, one design
Prices are set per design. Ordering the same design across several colors adds those colors together into one quantity tier. Two different designs are priced separately.

The per-cap price already covers front embroidery and delivery to the U.S. mainland.

How much does one custom hat cost?
It depends on the quantity and the number of embroidery locations. The price table on this page shows the current per-cap price for every quantity tier, starting at the smallest order we make.
Is embroidery included in the price?
Front embroidery, approx. 4.6 × 2.4 in, is included in the per-cap price. Side and back embroidery are extra locations and are charged per cap.
Do I pay extra for shipping?
No. Delivery to the U.S. mainland is included in the per-cap price.
How do several colors affect the price?
They do not split the order. The same design across several colors counts together toward one quantity tier, so adding colors at the same total quantity keeps the lower price.
How are two different designs priced?
Each design is priced on its own quantity. Two designs do not combine into one tier, even when they are ordered together.
When do I pay?
Design your caps in the Design Studio, see the price, and pay at checkout. After payment, we stitch a sample and send you photos for approval, and the full run starts only once you approve the photos. The sample is included in your order price.
