What to know

Your logo file, our embroidery file

Upload a PNG, JPEG, or WebP logo up to 10 MB. We prepare the embroidery file for you, so you never need to supply or approve a technical stitch file.

See the stitched logo first

After you pay, we stitch a real sample with your logo and send you photos. The order is made only after you approve it.

Front logo included

One front logo, approx. 4.6 × 2.4 in, is part of the per-cap price. Add a side or back logo when you want the brand on more than one spot.

One design across your team colors

Colors of the same logo design add together into one quantity, so a team order can mix cap colors and still reach the lower price tiers.

Choose one or more cap colors, at least 12 caps per color, and see the price update live.

Approve the sample photos

We stitch a sample in 3–5 business days and send photos. Approve it, or tell us what to change.

We make the full order

Production takes 10–15 business days after approval, not counting shipping.

Questions

What logo file do I need?

A PNG, JPEG, or WebP image up to 10 MB. We turn it into an embroidery file for you.

Will the embroidered logo match my brand colors?

We choose thread colors to match your logo and show them in the sample photos, so you can check the colors before the order is made.

Can I put the logo on the side or back too?

Yes. As a guide, a front logo is approx. 4.6 × 2.4 in, a side logo approx. 3.1 × 1.5 in, and a back logo approx. 3.9 × 1.6 in; we confirm the final size with you on the sample. A design can use up to three locations.

What is the smallest company order?

12 caps per color. You can type any whole number from 12 upward.

What do I approve before the order is made?

Photos of a stitched sample. After you pay, we stitch one and email you the photos. The sample is included in your order price, and the order is made only after you approve them.

Can we reorder the same logo cap later?

Yes. A reorder can start from a design you already approved, so you skip rebuilding it.

What cap do you embroider on?

The Draft Cap: 100% cotton twill, an unstructured six-panel crown, a curved brim, and an adjustable strap with a metal buckle, sized 56–60 cm (22.0–23.6 in), in 21 colors.
