What to know

12 per color, any number above

The minimum is 12 caps in a single color. You can type any whole number from 12 upward, so 13, 37, or 100 are all accepted.

Colors share one tier

One design can use as many colors as you like. The colors add together into a single quantity, so 24 navy and 24 black are priced as 48 caps.

A worked mixing example

Order 24 navy and 24 black of the same design. Together they count as 48 caps, so every cap is priced in the 48-cap tier rather than the 24-cap tier.

Two designs stay separate

If you order two different logos, each one is priced from its own quantity. Mixing designs in one order does not merge their tiers.

Questions

What is the smallest order you accept?

12 caps per color. We cannot make fewer than 12 caps in one color.

Can I order 15 caps?

Yes. Any whole number from 12 upward works, so 15, 30, or 200 are all accepted.

Can I split 12 caps across colors?

No. The 12-cap minimum applies to each color. Twelve caps split across four colors would be three per color, which is below the minimum.

Does a bigger color mix cost more?

No. Colors in one design are added together into the same quantity tier, so mixing does not raise the per-cap price.

Can I mix two designs to reach the minimum?

No. Each design is counted on its own, so two designs of six caps each would not meet the minimum.

What cap do you embroider on?

The Draft Cap: 100% cotton twill, an unstructured six-panel crown, a curved brim, and an adjustable strap with a metal buckle, sized 56–60 cm (22.0–23.6 in), in 21 colors.
