Four steps, sample first
- Design and pay. Choose a color on the product page, add your logo, and check the price at your quantity. Checkout places the order.
- We stitch a sample. We photograph the cap and send you the photos to confirm, in 3–5 business days, and the sample is included in your order price.
- You approve the photos. Production only starts after you approve the photos. If the photos need changes, tell us before you approve and we'll confirm the next step with you.
- We produce and ship. Your caps ship 10–15 business days after you approve the sample. Transit time is separate.

- Front embroidery included on every cap, approx. 4.6 × 2.4 in.
- Side and back placements available at $4 per cap each, up to three placements.
- Free shipping to the continental US included in the price.
- A lower unit price as your quantity grows.
Ordering again
A design you have already approved can be ordered again directly. Changing the thread color, the logo size or placement, or the artwork counts as a new design, which needs a new sample.
